The Genesis Alpha Chapter of Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc. was founded on October 9, 1988, at Montclair State University by 16 enchanting womyn committed to building a diverse and empowering sisterhood. Grounded in unity, service, and education, we embrace our diversity as a powerful foundation that inspires growth, cultural awareness, and lasting connections. Today, we continue to carry out our founders’ vision through meaningful programs and initiatives that uplift our community, strengthen our bond as sisters, and create a lasting impact both on campus and beyond.
